Hi everyone! If you're new, this is my monthly newsletter, in which I tell you all that's going on in my life, writing or otherwise. Let's jump into August!
First things first, I went back to school, and that's going extraordinarily well. Eighth grade...wish me luck!
Also this month, I had another Barnes and Noble book signing, which was AWESOME. I got to connect with lots of authors, some there with their first books, and some there with lots of books to choose from. I learned so much from the other stellar writers who came, and I cannot thank them enough.
Also, a huge milestone occurred for me on TikTok this month...I reached 7,000 followers! I'm so stoked for that! Thank you to anyone and everyone who decided to hit that follow button! If you would like to follow me on TikTok, there should be a link to my account on the side of this newsletter. Onward to 8,000!
Additionally, I became a member of the Kansas Authors Club this month. I'm so excited to be a part of such a wonderful group of people! KAC is amazing.
Also, this month, the Dark Fantasy Books Facebook Group featured me and my debut novel, Snow: Cursed as the author/book of the week. I am so honored! Thank you guys!
And last but not least, I am proud to say that I am still working on the sequel to Snow: Cursed. In the future, I might share a snippet with you. Be on the lookout!

Hello readers! Are you ready for my monthly update? Anyway, if you happen to be new here, this is my newsletter; a place for me to tell you what's going on in my life, writing or otherwise. Now, it's time to dive into July!
This month has been spectacular, with a wide range of things that have happened. Let's begin this newsletter with the fact that I had (drum roll please) another B&N book signing.
On July 19th in Wichita, Kansas, I had my second Barnes and Noble book signing ever, which is a huge success in and of itself! The one at this particular B&N Booksellers was a group book signing, so I got to meet and learn from other authors while I was there. I want to give a big shout-out to writers Arthur Walker, Radar DeBoard, Dylan Thyer, and Maria Kelson, who each taught me something special while I was there. The whole experience was a total blast! Along with these stellar fellow authors, I also got to meet many other amazing people, spanning all ages. This in particular is a memory I won't forget.
Here's another piece of news: I am currently revising and editing book two of the SNOW SAGA. At the moment, I am still reading the Book Thief by Markus Zusak, and I'm still loving it. If you're curious about this book, check June's newsletter for a few in depth details about it. SPOILER ALERT: it's amazing.
My following across multiple different social media platforms is sky-rocketing, and I'm so thankful for that, as well as the wonderful people who have taken time out of their days to write reviews for SNOW: CURSED on Goodreads.

Hello readers! For those of you new here, this is my monthly newsletter, where I tell you what's going on in my life, whether that's writing or otherwise. Anyway, let's dive in!
My summer is off to an amazing start. I've had four teeth extracted (all of my canines) so that my orthodontist could put my braces on. Because of that, I've been filling up on LOTS of ice cream and gelato, which from my perspective isn't a bad thing at ALL. I've been writing like crazy and revising and polishing the sequel to SNOW: CURSED. I've been reading the Book Thief by Markus Zusak when I'm not writing, and I love it so far. For those of you who don't know much about the Book Thief, it's about WWII and is narrated by Death. It's not scary at all, but instead quite touching.
I am extremely excited for what July will bring though, because I have a book signing at the Barnes and Noble in Wichita, Kansas scheduled for the 19th. I'm hoping that it will go even better than my first B&N signing in Overland Park, Kansas at the Oak Park Mall.
I am approaching 7,000 followers on Tiktok, and I'm ecstatic about that. If you are one of those followers and you're reading this newsletter, you have my sincerest thanks!

Also this month....I won the Literary Titan gold book award! I am extremely grateful for that.

Hello readers! For those of you new here, this is my monthly newsletter, where I tell you what's going on in my life, whether that's writing or otherwise. Anyway, let's dive in!
I recently got out of school for summer break (finally), and it's been amazing so far. I've been writing up a storm and hanging out with my friends. Currently, I'm reading Lore by Alexandra Bracken, and once I've completed it you will probably see it on my "Willa's Bookshelf" tab with five stars because I'm absolutely in love with it.
This month I had a book signing at the Barnes and Noble in Overland Park, Kansas, and let me tell you, it went beyond all of my hopes. I sold out of the forty-five copies and I am still in complete disbelief! I met so many wonderful individuals of all ages, and really connected with my readers. It was one of the best experiences of my life, and I'm so grateful to the people who made it happen. Additionally, I have three Barnes and Noble book signings scheduled this summer in Wichita, and I hope those go even better. Along with this, I will have a signing at Red Fern Booksellers in Salina during October of this year.
I was also on a podcast this month on X (the Cozy Book Nook podcast) where I shared about my book, book signings, and my 50 states challenge. This also went exceedingly well.
Another wonderful thing that's happened is that I reached 5,000 followers on TikTok, and I'm approaching 6,000! If you're one of those people who made it happen, thanks SO much! Additionally, several people are featuring my book on their TikToks, and Snow: Cursed is being featured on websites too.
